Instructions for brushing teeth properly with Colgate toothbrush and toothpaste:

1. Brush your teeth thoroughly at least twice a day or as directed by your dentist.
2. Use at least 1g of toothpaste each time.
3. Children under 6 years old should only use a pea-sized amount of cream, with the guidance of an adult to avoid swallowing.
4. Rinse your mouth with Colgate Plax mouthwash after brushing your teeth.
